Over the past few years, there has been growing concern worldwide about the detrimental impact of global warming. Dire warnings are all over and we can no longer pretend not to be affected. Clearly, climate change impacts the lives of all people and conversely, the way we live our lives impacts our environment.

• Herma Shipping and Transport
  Herma Shipping and Transport Corporation (HSTC) is the flagship company of the Herma Group of all its petroleum businesses. It provides marine transport services to the major players of the Philippine oil industry. It started out with one rented barge, but has since risen to be the largest petroleum marine tanker company in the Philippines, delivering petroleum products anywhere in the archipelago.
• Petrotrade Philippines, Inc.
  Petrotrade Philippines Inc. was created in 1991 to bunker petroleum products to foreign and domestic clients. It has steered itself to be the country's leading supplier of bunkering services, with fully developed logistical, operational, and technical competencies to meet the market's demands 24/7. Petrotrade owns and operates a fleet of barges that serves 80% of the requirements of international vessels calling the Philippine waters.
• Herma Shipyard Inc.
  Herma Shipyard was created in early 2000 initially to provide efficient and dedicated shipbuilding and maintenance services to the Group's growing fleet. Herma Shipyard operates from the 17-hectare yard in Mariveles, Bataan, formerly known as the BASECO. Herma Shipyard achieved ISO 9000 certification in 2003, and is now able to provide other ship owners and operators, as well as government agencies and industrial partners, with first-rate ship building and repair, industrial fabrication, and port terminal and warehousing services.
• Cleanway Technology Corporation
  Cleanway Technology Corporation was born out of the Herma Group's commitment to participate in the government's efforts to clean up the metropolis. From providing solid waste management solutions to local governments and communities, Cleanway has expanded its operations to include hazardous and healthcare waste treatment solutions for industrial partners, and has constructed the only integrated hazardous waste treatment and management facility for this purpose. The facility is located in Meridian Industrial Park II, Silang, Cavite, where it properly stores, treats, neutralizes and disposes wastes of industries and hospitals from the NCR and Calabarzon areas. CTC also has its own secure landfill.
• Herma Corporation
  Formerly known as Amreh Holdings, Inc., Herma Corporation provides comprehensive support services to the other Herma subsidiaries, allowing them to focus on their core competencies. It is located in the Herma Group building in Quezon City, and is home to these departments: Financial Services, Corporate Planning, Corporate Affairs, Building Administration, Quality Assurance, and Legal Services.
• Herma Farms and Stud. Inc.
  The Herma Group further diversified its interests to include investments in agribusiness and livestock ventures, with the establishment of Herma Farms and Stud, Inc. in 2001. The company currently raises, breeds, and trades livestock, and also distributes agricultural products, in the agriculturally rich provinces of Bataan and Batangas in Luzon, and Bukidnon in Mindanao.

  Rheam Strategic Technologies, Inc. (RSTI) is an information and communication technology (ICT) company. It provides ICT management and consulting services, and distributes and implements application software solutions. It carries leading software packages for real estate / property management, corporate performance management, governance, business management and information systems. RSTI maintains and supports the ITC requirements of the Herma Group.
