1. Cleanway will first conduct a client visit to determine the nature of wastes. When necessary, it will conduct laboratory tests.
2. The treatment method will be agreed upon by Cleanway and the generator. Waste volume and pricing will be based on this agreed treatment method. Any special handling of wastes will also be taken into consideration.
3. A Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) between Cleanway and the generator must be signed in order to apply for the Permit to Transport, which is issued by the Department of Natural Resources (DENR).
4. Upon collection of the wastes, Cleanway will again conduct laboratory tests to determine the actual concentration of the waste materials.
