We received a letter from the Municipality of Silang dated November 5, 2009 requiring us to temporarily stop operations due to some community complaints that are currently under investigation by the concerned authorities.

While we have vehemently denied involvement in the incident, we are constrained to comply with the local government unit's order as we seek remedial actions at the same time.

We therefore beg your kind indulgence for this temporary stoppage and assure you of our continued service as soon as possible. We would also like to invite you to visit our plant at your convenient time to see for yourself the conditions prevailing in our Plant.
